Our class has been exploring the theme of Then and Now, discovering how everyday life has changed over time. One of the highlights was a hands-on history lesson with a real washboard! Students had the chance to experience how laundry was done before washing machines—scrubbing, rinsing, and a whole lot of elbow grease!

Before any cleaning could be done, we had to make sure the clothes were nice and dirty!

It was a fun, eye-opening activity that sparked great conversations about the conveniences we enjoy today.
